  • I'd give 0 stars to this store if I could. I waited at the service desk for 10 minutes to return some items. The store manager walked by me three times without any acknowledgment, because he was apparently more concerned with calling an all hands meeting. The checker behind me was apologetic, and must have called for back up five times before his courtesy clerk went to look for someone to help. By the time the person finally arrived to help, four people were in line behind me. The people behind me in line said this store always has terrible service, and I believe it based on the attitude of the manager. Accountability starts at the top.
