For an gelato place that looks for customers in the winter time, you should probably pick up the pace when it comes to customer service. VERY RUDE. I pleasantly waited 5 minutes and still no one coming to the service counter. I peeked my head into the back room and said hello only to get a rude lady give me the "hold one a minute" finger and stare while she yapped on the phone. From what i overheard it definitely wasn't a business call... After browsing a bit more with my patience wearing thin, she finally gets off the phone and barks "you have to come to the register!" I realize you guys are busy during the summer and make money hand over fist but I'm willing to go out of my way to not go into your establishment again, AND i'm more than happy to spread the word. Forget customer service, start by learning some manners.
