  • My husband and I visited Dr. Wheelock a few weeks ago. We are first time puppy owners and we weren't totally sure what to expect out of a veterinarian visit. We were happily greeted when we walked through the door and everyone seemed very happy to say hello to our puppy! We only waited a few minutes before being taken to the examination room. Our vet tech was very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Wheelock was amazing. He sat on the floor with our puppy for the entire 30-40 minute visit, telling us all about our puppy's breed and what to expect. When they gave him his shot and microchipped him he wasn't even aware that it was happening because we may have distracted him with a few treats. ;) Overall my husband and I felt very comfortable during our visit and we will definitely continue taking our little guy to Dr. Wheelock and his staff!
