rev:text	I purchased a battery and paid an extra $15 bucks for installation. Two years later the terminal is corroded because they failed to install it per mfg directions by protecting the terminal with corrosion protection. When I took my F150 in for them to correct their mistake they were very rude and said I didn't buy any extra protection. I showed them the receipt with the installation payment and they stated that the type of corrosion I had was normal... Very poor service and failure to stand behind there services....
