  • I wish I could rate negative stars! Another reviewer gave this location three chances to get it right. I have given this location many, many chances to get it right. My orders have been wrong almost every time! Sandwiches made wrong! When I order fries without salt, I get over cooked, under filled fries! I live right around the corner and the FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD when I get home!!! When I called recently regarding yet another incorrect order, the manager wouldn't let me speak, wouldn't give me her name, and HUNG UP ON ME TWICE!!! It shouldn't even be possible to mess up so consistently! Also, while waiting at the drive thru speaker, I watched a car pull in AFTER me and order BEFORE me!!! This happened at least 3 times! Terrible quality, terrible food ,terrible customer service, terrible management!!!
