  • Just went here for the first time. Treated myself after braving the traffic and crowds to shop at South Hills Village and this ice cream made it all worth it! Tried the Pittsburgh Pride and Salted Caramel. Both had lots of distinct flavor. Sometimes ice cream can taste bland or too sugary--this was neither. I was there on a warm, sunny Saturday afternoon and yet there were a decent amount of spots on Washington Rd. (A small sign also said there was parking in the back on evenings and weekends accessible via an alley/side street, and Mt. Lebo has a couple of public garages too.) I'll be back soon to try more flavors and the other local goods they sell. If you love ice cream, Betsy's must be on your list.
