This is your fairly typical Holiday Inn.
Rooms are reasonably-sized, beds are standard, has a small coffee-maker. Prices are fine for a downtown hotel. There was also a small heating light in the bathroom which warmed it up nicely in the morning. While showering, it made the bathroom warm and steamy: I suppose you could turn it into a greenhouse if one was so inclined.
During my stay, I was awakened by the sound of barking. No, not wild animals running the streets. Browns fans spilling out of the room on the way to the Dawg Pound. Which brings me to my point: it has a pretty nice central location for downtown Cleveland. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is within walking distance, it's across from the Lakefront airport, and the stadiums are nearby.
There's a shuttle service that was taking fans to the games and also stopped at Tower City. I didn't have a problem with the shuttle (it picked me up within 5 minutes of notification) and the rail line at Tower City takes you directly to the airport ($1.75/one way).
If you're doing anything downtown, it's pretty convenient.
