  • My sister and I just had the worst customer service experience at this location while trying to get a document notarized. I went on yelp to write a review (which I've never felt the need to do until now) and read the reviews prior to posting my own. Apparently, this is a common practice with this place. Good to know that it wasn't just us, but disappointed and frustrated that the owner (who was standing right there) refuses to do anything about it. The old man was extremely rude, spoke down to us, and threw our drivers licenses at us and refused to notarize our document. He interjected into a conversation we were having and started to argue with us. We asked him to not be so rude to us and to speak to us respectfully. That only upset him more which provoked him to throw our licenses at us. The owner was standing there the entire time and didn't seem to care in the least bit. There were no apologies given, in fact, he continued to let the old man yell at us as we were walking out. The other girl working behind the counter was timid and didn't want to get involved. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in there again and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. I wish I could select zero stars!
