  • Dr. Doung is the most compassionate and honest dentist I've ever encountered. I need a root canal on a tooth that is part of a bridge. Rather than just take my money and let me worry about the consequences later, he was so upfront with me. Explaining that he didn't think the tooth was worth saving. And that even if the root canal temporarily worked, the best he could promise was to buy me some time because he couldn't guarantee any long term success. After my initial visit, I just showed up at his office to ask for clarification on a few things he said during my first visit. I had no expectations that Dr. Doung would actually see me, but he did. He spent another 20 minutes with me, WITHOUT an appointment. I would also like to add that the dentist who referred me to Dr. Doung says he is a miracle worker. That he saves teeth that aren't considered savable.
