  • A friend bought a new house and wanted to get it cleaned before moving in. Kimberly was super quick to get back to me (on a weekend! very cool!) about scheduling two ladies to come out to take care of the property. We were given a time window for the ladies to arrive on the date I requested and Maria and another young lady called when they were on their way making it easy to meet them at the vacant house. They showed up at the very beginning of the time window which was AWESOME and worked for a solid 3 hours on the house without taking any breaks or wasting time. The ladies were excellent in communicating any questions or making suggestions as well. The price was fair - I think it's cash only, but I can't be sure. When finding various services to help my friend get her new house taken care of, I used Yelp exclusively to make my decisions. I'm not sure why there were a couple of poor reviews for the company because I had a fantastic experience. If possible I would've given 4.5 stars just because the insides of all of the cabinets in the kitchen weren't wiped out as originally agreed upon, but the project was a big one and I can completely understand how it was overlooked so I rounded up because everything else was well done. The house had been recently painted and renovated so it was extra dusty and the previous owners hadn't upgraded any of the bathroom fixtures so there was plenty of grime to clean off. I bet the ladies could've spent the entire day cleaning and still not have picked up every little dust particle. I am very impressed with what they were able to accomplish in the time frame. The inside of the oven looks brand new! If my friend decides to go to a monthly cleaning service, we're in total agreement that Maria would be the girl to pick. :)
