  • We received a notice in the mail regarding one of our children's returns, asking for us to complete additional forms. As we usually do our personal returns through TurboTax, I was really at a loss for who to contact. So, I looked to Yelp and Google. I reached out and left messages with a handful of CPAs. It must have been fate and pure professionalism, because Shayne was the only one who called me back! I did speak to one other rude CPA from another firm who wouldn't waste his time with something so small. Shayne was exyremely pleasant, easy to work with, accurate, reasonable, and had everything completed while we waited in about an hour. She even addressed the envelope and the certified and return receipt forms. I would have no hesitation to use or recommend this wonderful firm, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new accountant.
