  • See my review misfiled under the Chandler location. The staff and office folks are fabulous. The billing from a third party, Physicians Services, is the worst I have ever experienced. If I hadn't questioned and challenged them multiple times, they would have taken nearly an extra $1,000 from me in bogus charges that stemmed from their lying about talking with my insurance company. Don't believe your first bill or even what they say when you call. Talk with your insurance company and confirm all chrages.
