  • Didn't remember the size of my tank and when trying to get a couple more of the same fish that I already have, Shawn would not sell them to me, even after confirming I have a tank the size would be the right fit. Very rude and was pulling random guesses to the size I was trying to describe and wouldn't let me buy fish that I already own. Way to go Shawn! Lost a customer.
