  • Pizza was more than 45 mins past the 1 hour promised delivery time. Called store repeatedly (7 times over 30 mins period) to see what was going on and was hung up on. When pizza finally arrived I advised the driver that I didn't feel it was fair for me to pay full price - she said fine and took the food back. Finally got through to manager and he advised that it is a Friday and 2 hours for my food is to be expected. He said I should have insisted she leave the food and then he would have given me a $5 credit. He advised that it was my fault because I did not insist she leave the food? He was upset with me because now HE was out the product for my $12 order??! This is not the first ridiculous experience with Lawyers Rd Pizza Hut. But it will def be my last.
