  • I had an appointment tonight at 9 o'clock. I was to be here at 8:30 to check in. I received a call at 7 o'clock from Rachel asking if I could come in early since they had a cancellation. I arrived at 7:30.....only to find the door locked and no one at the business. I tried calling the phone number on the door...in fact I tried calling every Simon Med phone number in the Valley....but they close at 5 o'clock per their ubiquitous recording. It is now 8:50 and no one has arrived. I am beyond angry. No caller ID from Rachel's phone call. Who does this???
