  • Brought my dog in that was attacked by another dog, we live across the street. The vet tech was nothing special in her care. They were so concerned about payment before we even discussed his treatment?! I was a little bothered by that. The older ((mid 40's, of course not old, but she is the oldest one there)) office lady was extremely rude and made indirect comments multiple times. If I had no class, I would have defiantly told her about herself. Although I chose to let it slide. I hope they improve more than just their office setting SOON! And it took HOURS to get everything settled.
