  • Absolutely by far the worst supplier experience that I have had in 10 years of building houses. Completely incompetent sales staff and disconnect with customer communication. I spent over $20,000 with this company and all I got was lies and delays. They delivered my appliances on a Friday at 5:00 pm after two calls from me to even see if they were coming that day and they show up with only half my order. 4 weeks later I finally have my appliances but they are missing pieces and not installed properly. I met with Mike Seabrook the sales manager 3 times in his office to try and get my appliances and all I got was more lies and missed deadlines from him. Who has time to go back 3 times after 7 weeks from the time that I paid them in full for my appliances. Stay far away from this company unless you want major delays and headaches in trying to get your appliances. And when they do show up they will probably be missing pieces and installed wrong. After Mike telling me over and over how bad the company felt and that he was going to rectify it I asked him for good pricing on two bar fridges. What I got was the same price that his sales associate gave me 7 weeks earlier and the same price I can get them at Spencers for. Needless to say after a completely horrible experience I bought my fridges at Spencers and will never give Allstate any more of my business. I was told the do over $1 million dollars in sales per month, at this rate of current service I doubt that will last for very long.
