  • Here's p.a. Derek W Burkum bullcrap response to amending my records! He's so full of it, & I'm filling against him & abrazo Scottsdale campus to the Arizona medical board. This is an unacceptable amendment in my eyes. I'm not trying to be difficult, but for goodness sakes. Let's get it straight Derek. I'm being honest, I don't appriciatte passive aggressively being called a liar. You claim you only write what you're told. But that's not what I told you! "So you're still calling me a liar." You were obviously forced by higher ups to do this. Because you refused amending it the first time. Either that or Kathy Evans round filled it & denied it on her own. Since none of my info was forwarded to the corporate office. Which I was told by Jill in Corporate over a recorded line. So it's clear you're pissed about having to amend "your words" not mine! But let's be real here buddy. I have no reason to lie! There's nothing to gain by it! You obviously have to keep your job. So yeah, you're gonna do whatever it takes. It pretty apparent in this document!
