Terrible customer service.
Got a gift card for Christmas, we used it on curtains. I got valences as well and decided against them. I returned the valences and had to get 2 more curtains to fit our giant window. They struggles with the return. Then- my husband accidentally got the ring color and had to go back. Since the return was done that day they said they couldn't do another one and he had to BUY the right color without the refund for the wrong color. He goes back the next day- they can't find the transaction, so even though we had paid for these curtains with our debit card and not the gift card- they gave us store credit. I'm irritated- but fine. I go in a couple days late to use the store credit. I can't because it's attached to my husbands license, so I am unable to use it without him..... fine. (Not really but whatever) we buy a curtain rod with the store credit, get Home- it is missing the hardware. *face palm* so I have to get a new return, and I can't find that rod so I have to get a different one.... they can't find the transaction.... after telling her the other items I bought she did eventually find it-
Just really awful experience all the way around. I had to spend waaaaay more money in that store than I should have. But I'm never going back, so I guess they won't get any more out of us.
