  • Cynthia is the most honest real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my 74 years. When she came to my house to list it, I kept waiting for the BS to start and it never did. This was 9 years ago. She listed it for 30 K more than any of the other agents said it was worth and I got two offers within one week, for asking price. Since then I have used Cynthia to find me another home in Summerlin and sell that one and then find me a great condo for my old age. I have met some of the agents in her office and they are a mixture of professional and funny. I love going to her new high vibrational office in Summerlin. They make great coffee there. Her Administrative Assistant, Danielle always had the answers about my paperwork.
