  • This is my third visit to the DOC of Kannapolis and although I have had no problems, I really don't feel they do a thorough job like my last dentist did. Feels very rushed and little is done in a cleaning especially the polishing part. (Done in less then 4 minutes.) When actual Dentist comes in, spends all of three minutes looking in mouth and is gone. My last dentist probed every tooth for soft spots and even called out numbers in gum deterioration. I guess if you don't have any issues, why waist your time?
