Unstable Internet service and bad customer service. Cheap price is because of the service quality. Just try phoning and see how long you're WAITING! The technicians are not at all qualified, the normal customer care folks are just there to say "Sorry, we cannot help". Somehow they will try to put the blame on the customers. After struggling for 2 months and trying to get a stable Internet, I finally gave up and canceled their service.
Also, Carrytel hired SEO company to put fake reviews on Google Reviews and Redflagdeals. I believe the company won't last long.
In short, it's the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!
