  • Horrible Customer service. I have emailed them and contacted them numerous times and they never get back to me. i wanted to take my friend to get a cover up and for me to get a new tattoo. I emailed the manager BJ, and Asst. Manager Chris and they kept saying ok let me check my emails and ill message you back. Well its been going on for the past 3 weeks. Thats the worst customer service i have ever gotten with any tattoo shop. its like they didn't want my service. well sucks for them.
