  • I ran over something while on my way to work and I instantly knew that it messed up my tire. But I waited it out because I had a briefing to go to. When I got back around 10, my tire was done for. So we switched my to my spare and drove over there. They quoted their time to be done around 3-4 PM. 6 hours for a tire repair?!?!?!?!?!? Since it was convenient, I said it was fine. 4pm rolls around and they're still not done with my tire, so I give them a call and they said my car was next to be worked on. 6 pm rolls around and still no call. It clearly doesn't take 2 hours to do a tire replacement. So we head over there SINCE WE HADN'T GOTTEN A CALL YET AND THEY CLOSE AT 7. When we got there, they said that I had metal stuck in my tire and they patched it up and it was good. And we didn't owe them anything. I had already been irritated with them the whole day, so I just wanted to leave. But of course right before we leave, to make everything a million times worse, they told me they found another hole.. I COULD'VE POINTED OUT THAT HOLE IN 2 SECONDS. Basically I left my car there for EIGHT HOURS just for them to tell me they don't know how to properly handle not only a simple tire replacement, but also customer service. I would rather drop my car off elsewhere and Uber to work than deal with this place. On a complete side note, their bathrooms don't even have soap nor paper towels.... I've seen better bathrooms at gas stations. Overall, I would never return, and I suggest all these people don't waste their time either. I'd rather have quality work done on my car rather than a convenient stop.
