  • I have been to Sacred Hour a few times but today's massage was SO incredible that I had to post about it. I really like the online appointment system (and you get a $5 discount for using it) and I'm usually able to get in pretty quickly (which is wonderful when, after a crazy work and gym week, you realize way too late that you feel like you've been hit by a truck). I've had a deep tissue massage twice but today I chose a 75 minute Swedish with Adam. I would recommend a 75 or 90 minute massage, as those extra 15-30 minutes make a huge difference! I discussed my sore spots with Adam and he paid most of his attention to those spots throughout the massage. He regularly checked in with me about the pressure but I definitely appreciated a firmer touch (it was firmer than most Swedish but not as "ouchy" as deep tissue massages). He definitely made use of all 75 minutes and the massage felt incredible! It was relaxing but also I could tell that my kinks and sore spots were getting worked out. Overall, from booking the appointment to walking out the door after my appointment, it was a great experience. I certainly will make repeat appointments with Adam!
