  • I don't like buying cars, but this was a very pleasant experience. On my first visit I was greeted by Ramon Suarez. We took a test drive in a new Camry that I spotted on their web site. Ramon did a good job of explaining the features and I was finished and out of there in less than an hour. No pressure to "buy right this minute" or else. I told Ramon that I wanted to think about it. I like their pricing policy, no haggling. Ramon called a few times and I returned 6 days after the first visit and bought the car. Again, no pressure. Kristina was very good in signing me up. That total visit was an hour or so. So, in about two total hours of the first and second visit I was finished and feeling good about my purchase. Since then I have receive two calls to make sure everything was good. Thanks Ramon. Can't wait to need another car.
