  • I have had very mixed reviews in this shop, depending who was working. The majority of times, however, was definitely negative. Disrespectful worker (which I believe was one of the owners). He was condescending even though I previously spent more money on a couple of parts than I should have there a month or two prior (and for a tune up that took about twice as long as quoted). Hipster vibe, which is fine because yeah its a bike shop. Definitely overpriced and lacking in customer service. Too many bike shops in Cleveland to warrant going here (SPIN, Beat)
