The first time we ate here, I would have given it two stars. Yesterday rated a 4, so I averaged it out at a 3.
Our first experience was for dinner a year and a half ago. The salad bar was pretty good, but the meats were strictly "meh." So many of the non-red meats were super salty.
Yesterday we went for the Sunday brunch because we had an offer for a free pitcher of bloody marys or mimosas. We ordered the bloody marys and they were delicious. There are fewer choices of meats for the brunch, but all of them were very tasty and fresh. My favorites were the top sirloin and the prime rib. For sides we were served fried plantains and some very bland mashed potatoes. I guess for the brunch you don't get to choose sides. The salad bar was very nice. They had caprese salad, which is always a plus for me. Also, the caesar dressing was very good! To start the meal you are offered your choice of cheese rolls, banana bread or zucchini bread. We got a basket of cheese rolls and munched on them throughout the meal.
My biggest complaint is that there was no dessert included in the brunch. I didn't have a lot of room left, but it is always nice to finish off a good meal with a little something sweet, imo. We had zucchini bread and banana bread for dessert, but they didn't quite do the trick.
