  • I began my ring shopping process for my fiancĂ© about 6 months ago. This was actually my first stop. I was referred here by a friend and was not sure what to expect. Honestly, I came in thinking that I was just going to look around and spend maybe 20 minutes with an ordinary sales rep trying on several rings then onto the next jewellery store. After meeting Evelyn, I learned so much about the diamond industry and she made the process extremely pleasant for me. She spent approx. 2 hours of her time educating me on the several different details of a diamond and how the different details affect the price. She also willingly allowed me to look at loose diamonds under the microscope so that I could see the differences between the different diamonds. She was very patient and not judgemental at all. After leaving Engage diamonds that day, I had a very strong feeling that I would be back to order my custom ring from her. I went to a few other jewellery stores afterwards however, nowhere did I receive the same service as I did at Engage. Most the the other reps were very judgemental. They were pushing for the sale more than taking the time and helping me find the perfect ring. Some even didn't take me seriously as, I don't think they believed me when I said I was going to buy a ring. Evelyn is an amazing person. She is very professional, polite, patient, and much more. I know for sure that from now on, I won't be buying my diamonds anywhere but at Engage.
