  • I'm not sure if this location is the same one I'm dealing with, but it is still USAA. I'd give negative stars if I could. I was hit by one of USAA's insured's who was intoxicated. I was in my first brand new car in 20 yrs and I had only had my car one week when she plowed in to me. USAA at first accepted liability (they had to, she was cited) but they have been nothing but difficult in agreeing to fully repair my car as close as possible to pre-accident status. It has been almost 2 months since the accident and I'm still fighting with them. As if the car could even be fully repaired. The person hit me going over 20 mph with a massive SUV to my much smaller car. The impact was insane and shook everything in the entire car, making everything looser. When you ask to speak to higher management, they refuse. They pass you around from one customer service person to the next. All on the same level and all unable to help. I have always heard and thought USAA was a reputable company - this is complete BS. So untrue. A lousy company that is too cheap to honor their liability to repair a vehicle. I'm so not done with them. They have not heard the last from me.
