  • I don't typically leave reviews, but the new management team has such an impression that I feel the need to share my experience. First off, I have lived here for almost a year. The apartment itself is clean, well insulated(keeping my AC cost down), and stocked with a full size washer and dryer that comes in handy with my family. The greenery is always kept up around the complex, which is a tough task when you stock an Arizona landscape with bushes, trees, and grass. Also, it's a gated community, which gives me the sense of security we are always looking for when searching for a home. But now to what really makes this complex unique: the staff! Stephanie and Amy have been incredibly helpful with all of my needs(there are a lot of them). Whether it's a pallet or boxes being delivered to their office or a lost house key, they have been right there to assist with a smile. They have made the transition seamless and have gone above and beyond the typical "customer service" we are all accustomed to. Jonathon is the "maintenance guy", but goes above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past. If I put in a work order, it is completed by the time I get home. He takes personal pride in his work and never fails to follow up to make sure there isn't anything else that needs to be done. Needless to say, with the team that is in place and the home itself, I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
