  • I took my daughter to Regrub this evening in hopes of enjoying a nice meal. My daughter enjoyed her hot chocolate but only ate half of her Mac and cheese. She said it was too salty. My burger patty arrived a few minutes after her Mac and cheese. It was broken in many pieces, so I could not pick it up to eat it. I sent it back. The second burger took 20 more minutes to arrive and the patty was very thin. It was definitely not a six ounce burger as claimed... It was edible, but not impressive. The toppings were fresh and nice. There are many other places to go to get a decent burger at a better price, without the drama. The manager explained that there were new trainees in the kitchen and offered complimentary fries to compensate, but I had already eaten fries that were warm but not hot (as they should be) and did not have much flavour. We will not be returning to Regrub!
