  • I've bought 4 things from this store. 2 lighting fixtures and 2 fans. A year ago I dropped and broke the bulb cover for one of the over sink fixtures. Went into the store and they were able to find an extra cover and gave it to me, no charge. Recently I brought in a Casablanca table that stopped working to an "authorized repair" location. (The Fan Doctor.) They wouldn't even try to repair it. So I brought it in to Hacienda Lighting (purchased from them.) and Jason spent at least 30 minutes trying to fix it. He is personally contacting Casablanca to get the parts needed to repair it. EVEN if he is not successful in the repair I'm 100% satisfied with his service and Hacienda Lighting. If it can't be repaired the failure will be on Casablanca for not standing behind their product. Sorry that the person two years ago wasn't greeted because that is not how they usually are. At least they are not pushy salespeople. On the bright side they are helpful and stand behind the produce they sell.
