rev:text	Stay away from this place. I would not have given this place even a 1 star. I bought a computer today and had to return it within 2 hours. When I opened the outer box, I noticed the seal on the inside box was already broken, so I know for sure somebody had returned it earlier. I was not very happy about that. The battery was already installed in there which means somebody was using it earlier. This is not a new computer. There was also no sticker on this laptop to prove ti was a genuine Window 7 version. When I turned on the laptop, I could not get any wireless signal for the life of me after trying different options. I was so upset with this computer I brought it back to the store. There was an Asian girl working in customer service who got mad that I was returning it and gave me the Spanish Inquisition. She gave me a dirty look. This is not how you treat your customers. She even tried to penalize me 10% of the purchase price for their "restocking" fee. This is not a return policy!! This is price gouging. I had every right to return a semi-used laptop such as that one. Let's just say that the people here are not friendly AT ALL. The atmosphere is awkward. There is no communication and not even an attempt to provide decent customer service. They are all here trying to push their warranties on a bunch of refurbished laptops and then trying charge people 10% for returning stuff. I paid $625 and this girl attempted to penalize me $62 for returning this. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP FOR A LAPTOP AT THIS PLACE!!!!! IF YOU DO BUY ONE, DO NOT RETURN IT.
