  • I needed an annual service for my AC units. I called McCall's Quality Services and Christine answered. She was professional and listened to me as I explained my concerns with my units. I appreciated Christine sending me a photo of the employee (Ben) who would service my AC units. This helped me feel comfortable and gave me a heads up as to who was coming to my home. Ben showed up to the set appointment on time. He was thorough and courteous. I am glad I decided to give McCall's a try.
