  • First time my sister and I went it was great! They took us right away and had no complaints about my nails. They have every color imaginable BUT the second time we went back they told us to come back at 5 which we did and we waited for about 20 min and still nothing.. So we left. Then the third time they told us they're busy and finally the forth time we walk in the lady just stares at us without even welcoming us.. Then my sister is the one who approaches her and asks her if they have time for 1 pedi and 2 gel manis and she flat out said "probably not" but with an attitude, so again my sister asked her "is it better if we make an appointment next time?" And her response once again... "Probably" I don't understand how arrogant and nonchalant someone can be...! Especially if I'M helping YOUR business. I know 3 people can't ruin your business but you should hire someone that actually speaks and not throw us clients out as if I brung a herd of people in. Just 3 people! Last time I ever go there :)
