  • I previously left a review after an unsatisfactory cleaning, however, I wanted to leave updated feedback after the positive experience I just had with Queen of Maids in regards to how they handled my complaints. After speaking with a few folks on the team, I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service and how they helped resolve my issue. They were very professional and open to conversation, offered a re-clean and were very fair with getting this all fixed. I 100% appreciate the effort that went into making me happy. Thanks again Queen of Maids!
