  • I used to go to this place for auto needs. Not any more. My AC motor is not working in my car. It is not blowing air at all. At any rate, I called Pep Boys twice and got two different people who answered the phone. I asked if I could get a Free Ac Diagnostic. Both guys said no problem. Bring it in and We will do the diagnostic. So I took my car in. I went to the Service desk and told the guy I was there for a Free Auto Diagnostic. Guess what? It was not free. He quoted me $48 for an AC Diagnostic. I was pissed. I walked out mad. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.
