  • Overly priced for what you get, no security at night, gates left open constantly. Staff too lazy to let you know you have a package at the office. Maintaince is great if you like constant leaf blowers at your window blowing dirt in the air and starting at 8am (if not ealier) not to mention trying to keep your car clean, maintaince blows dirt at all cars in the lot. suspisous characters at night just chilling near the dumpsters. Just drive further west on the 101 you'll finding a better complex with better location and better staff. When i told the front office I will not be renewing our lease they responded with a well good luck finding a place under 1000 thats not in a bad area. (We found a better place in a better area under 1000. Maybe they should research other complexes so they can stay competitive
