  • A taste of England. These pieces of fried cod tasted as close to the fish and chips I had in England about 25 years ago. So, I can say this was the best fish and chips I've had anywhere outside of England and the best reproduction of this dish in 25 years. The fries (sea salt variety, not the fancier ones) were also excellent. Really nice and piquant tartar sauce too. I'm glad I went out of my way while in Vegas to enjoy Ramsay's place.
