  • I'll give them one star because they did get me approved quickly... But thats being nice. I was upset to learn I had been shamed when renting my first home (by myself), thinking all the things they were telling me were absurd but normal (no fridge, no yard maintenance, no repairs, signing a lease without my realtor, etc) come to find out.. They aren't. I'll be paying around $1500 a month for a house that isn't worth $700.
