  • Writing this review on behalf of my neighbor. Citywide showed up to replace her kitchen faucet that had been there forever. She had a different faucet than the one needed, too embarrassed to return it for the 4th time because it was the wrong one she mentioned it to the plumber and he gave her a couple of options to make the faucet work with the sink holes it had. He was able to install it with no problem. There was also too many lines all over the place under the sink and he was able to "clean it up" and give her storage space she never had before. A previous money hungry plumber was charging her an arm and leg to install the faucet and to repipe under the kitchen sink. The plumbers name was Jerry, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughly even to me that had no business being there than just to be nosy lol. Nice to know there are honest plumbers out there who don't take advantage of people with no plumbing IQ to make a bigger buck.
