  • Food was very good but service is terrible. We sat for 5 minutes before anyone spoke to us let alone delivered water. This was not for lack of staff as it was Wednesday at 5:00 and there were almost as many employees as patrons. Place has been around long enough to work through the kinks. That said, Desert Ridge is starved for decent Mexican food so Barrio Queen won't likely feel the pain enough to attempt to improve.
