  • My boyfriend and I came to Vegas in search of a new home. We are from LA but the housing cost there are just getting out of control. We started our search at Elysian West with Kaya. Let me begin by saying how wonderful and amazing she is. She is personable, patient and knowledgeable. What we liked about her the most was that she wasn't pushy at all. She was very thorough and made sure she asked all the right questions. We finally narrowed it down to two floor plans. Kaya showed us both and let us know everything the community had to offer. After our tour we let her know we had a few more places to check out and she was extremely understanding and let us know she would follow up with us in about a weeks time. We looked at 4 other buildings and honestly nothing compared. We were getting way more for our money at the Elysian. After a little back and forth my boyfriend and I went back to see if we could take a look at the models one more time. Kaya was again very patient and took us to see the models and answered all the questions we had. We were still unsure not because we weren't completely in love with the property but because we didn't want to make a quick decision. We communicated this to Kaya who again was extremely understanding. We left and came back around 5pm and applied for the apartment. We knew we would not find anything better. The entire experience was very simple and straightforward. Besides the beautiful apartment, the amazing grounds and the wonderful amenities the stellar customer service that Kaya provided is what ultimately sealed the deal for us.
