Worst car rental customer service ever!!! I called before booking because I knew my return flight left before economy rent a car opened. Asked if there is a way to drop off the car since my flight left at 7 am before they opened. They said that it was no problem. No issues catching a shuttle to the location. Upon arrival to their location, don't be surprised if it doesn't look like a rental car lot. It's in a small strip mall with other businesses. At any rate the mini van was brand new so no issues there. The problem came in when I called a few days before the end of my vacation to get information on returning the rental. Tried calling at least 4 times throughout the day, no answer. Finally spoke to a person that was rude and sounded like I was bothering him. He proceeded to tell me there is an extra charge for dropping the car off before they open. I tried telling him I called before booking and I was never informed of the fee. He got angry and told me I absolutely was told that. I can tell you I was NOT informed that I'd have to pay extra. The next day I had our local friends call and talk to the guy in French to get more details on how and where to drop the rental off. He was very rude to her and she was very upset after the call. Bottom line here is that it's not worth saving a few bucks to endure rude staff that have no customer service skills. My advice is take your business to a real rental car location that cares about their customers.
