  • Horrible, Horrible, Horrible place to live. Apartments are old and outdated. They never replace anything, just repair it. Office Staff is the worst. I cannot believe ConAm would allow people of this standard to continue to work there. The owner obviously doesn't come check on his property. It's dirty, the office staff has a nasty attitude. Community Manager hides behind her desk in her office all day and lets the assistance do everything. They have allowed vendors to come in and steal, Serve people with 5 day notices the same day the rent is paid. Office staff lives on property and has 5 day notices on their doors as well. Regional Manager is a joke, she doesn't do anything but stand right behind her manager, whether she is wrong or right. This place is just ridiculous! I don't recommend anyone to lease who takes pride in where they live!
