I've been a big fan of southwest since they began their business. I fly them almost exclusively and have a southwest credit card. However.... I'm not a fan of their policy that splits up families when you don't have consecutive seating numbers. My young son and wife got the high A's and I got a low B. They would not allow me to board with them and they had to board by themselves, handle the luggage, etc. Obviously, they saved me a seat so it was the same outcome for seating. But they decided to split up my family and created a horrible situation. Credit card will be cancelled and I'll choose an airline with assigned seating for a few extra dollars. Terrible!!!
