  • Our new Ultra was in need of its 1000 mile service so we located the closest Dealership to us, called Chandler HD and they said bring it on in. Steve was very helpful and had all the paperwork ready when we got there. Steve kept us informed as to the status, even tracking us down on the showroom to give us an update. After reading the reviews on Yelp afterwards it appears that service has issues but if Steve's service is indicative of what one can expect then I'd say give them a shot.
