  • I've tried several cleaners in the valley and kept running into issues with damaged items, clothes going missing, poor communication, you name it. I was impressed by the customer service and etiquette of Elite Cleaners. Sadly, my favorite dress was damaged while being cleaned and while I know these things can happen, it was a bummer. The owner reached out to me directly and took care of the matter. I've been coming here for a while now and my company also has a corporate account with them so the loyalty and exceeding of expectations was very refreshing. Thank you!
