I ordered a pair of eyeglasses that cost $480 with all upgrades. My son bought a pair of prescription sunglasses and regular prescription glasses for that price with satisfaction guaranteed if he didn't like them, refund or select another pair. I noticed a lens had a chip on it and they weren't what I ordered. Their immediate response was we don't issue refunds because of buyers remorse (which was an assumption) before they even heard my concern. I spoke with a lens technician to explain that I ordered the high index lenses with transition vantage (polarized) and come to find out that you can't get the transition vantage with the high index. Shouldn't the staff know this. What an inconvenience! I then had to wait another 4-5 weeks after waiting 2 weeks for the intial pair to be made. If I didn't recognize the difference, they would have ripped me off for an extra $200 for the high index lens. This not only shows the lack of integrity the company has but also the lack of concern they have for their customers. You'd think that when I went back, it would be a better experience but when fitting them on, the girl was in a rush and didn't finish before she disappeared. A guy comes along and I told him I need an adjustment, the first thing he asks is: Did you get the glasses here? Really? At the other place I go, they know how they should fit. Here the tech just asks you, does it feel good and if you say yes, on to the next. I received a copy of my insurance bill prior to picking up the new pair and noticed I was over billed. Do you really think I would have gotten a refund if I didn't notice this? The first and last time I will ever go here. Thinking this was an upscale glasses boutique, I thought the service would match. Boy was I wrong. I typically go to Sears or Eyeglass World and Would highly recommend them first. (Just ask for Lovejeet at Eyeglass World.)
